OUR STORY

For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed baking. When I was still a little girl I would get into the kitchen and bake cookies and cakes just for fun, and as time went by I started to make cakes for my family on their birthdays or cupcakes for events at my church or small parties for my class in high school.

After graduating High School in 2006, I planned on moving back to my homeland Puerto Rico and attend a one year International Baking and Pastry course, but God had other plans for me. I stayed living in this small city in Ohio called Ashtabula, where I finished growing up in. I obtained an Associates degree, married an amazing man who supports my dream to someday own a bakery and helps me every step on the way with whom I have two wonderful boys ages 2 and 4.

As time went by I continued baking for special family events but it was not until I started watching Cake Boss that I got truly inspired and began to use fondant on my cakes and started getting very artistic with my cakes.

The word started to spread out to others that I was making cakes from home and thats when my husband and I decided that it was time to grow. Together we make more than cakes, we make cupcakes, cakepops, cheesecakes, pumpkin rolls, fancy puertorican desserts such as flanes and budines, quesitos and much more!
